Since all our products are made to order and are non-breakable, there is minimal chance of the products being damaged in transit. Hence, we do not accept any returns.

NO RETURNS will be accepted under any circumstances except in the rare case of a wrong or damaged item.

If you have received a damaged product or an item that you did not order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Email us at kaynat88960@gmail.com with:

  • An uncut unboxing video
  • Clear pictures of the product
  • A screenshot of your order summary
